Flight Team Practices
 Flight Team Practice

We are still waiting to hear from the authorities on the reboot of youth sports.  We are fairly confident that when practices are able to resume they will come with some guidelines that will require adjustments for all of us to follow in the interim, but we remain optimistic that those days are coming soon.  Keep an eye out for an email from us and your Flight Coach for more details about team workouts.

Our plan to keep you safe
What we are doing to keep YOU safe
  • Temperature Check:
Thermal temperature tools. Every player will have their temperature taken before every workout. If a player has a temperature above 100, they will be asked to leave the building.
  • Hands Sanitized:
Bottles of hand sanitizer will be available and require all players/coaches use the sanitizer before and after each workout.
  • Ball Cleaning:
Clorox wipes or ball-cleaning solution will be on each court.  Staff will make sure balls get wiped down before and after each workout.
  • Friendly Distance:
No high fives, fist bumps or touching player to player or player to trainer. Maintain social distancing among all players and coaches in the gym of 12ft. minimum.
  • Protective Gear:
Trainers wear protective Masks and Gloves.
  • One-One Rule:
Players train with and keep a single basketball assigned to them by an AAO trainer for the entire session. No sharing or touching of other players' basketballs
  • Family Seating:
Parents and siblings will be allowed in the gym, but must sit in the bleachers where the designated X is located on each bleacher.  Siblings are not allowed to roam the building and must remain seated with a parent.

We are living in changing times. Normal is what you make of it.
