Game Schedules are Posted for the Entire Season

We have the following dynamics to this year's schedule:

197 Teams
17 Divisions
2 locations
9 Courts
3 Playing dates per week

Here is what you can expect from this schedule:

• It's not perfect and everyone did not get their "special requests or exceptions" granted
• Grades 4-6 regular season is 9 weeks, the 10th week is the Tournament
• Grade 3 regular season is 8 weeks. The 9th week is the Tournament. Girls Grade 3, Championship game is Week 10
• The 3rd grade division plays a combination of Wednesday, Thursday, and /or Saturday in both AAO locations.
• Every Team should be scheduled to play a 16 game season.
• This season does not include an inclement weather date.
• Teams will play either 1, 2 or 3 games per week/weekend (the goal is 2 games per week but just not possible for every team/every week)
• There could be a "bye" week in some team schedules.
• We tried to give as many teams as possible 1-2 game rest between games. That is impossible to achieve for every team/every week. There may be some weeks that you play back to back games or have multiple games rest between games. We tried to limit that as much as we possibly could. 
• The software may have set you to play the same team in back to back weeks. We tried to eliminate playing the same team twice on the same day. 
• We hope to balance your team's site locations as much as possible, however, it will not be perfect. Your team or division may have a disproportionate amount of games at either the Fayetteville or Rogers locations.
• We have an overwhelming number of special team requests.  We incorporate these into the software with all hope to accommodate. Unfortunately it is impossible to fulfill every team's unique preference. If yours is not granted, we are truly sorry, however, there is no need for you to make any further requests or appeals. There is nothing more we can do.
