Rookie League, for grades 1 & 2, is designed as a "3 for 1" Power Package.
At each session, players participate in basketball skill training, team practice, and competitive games.
TRAIN
Foundational skill work with certified AAO Trainers on dribbling, passing and shooting.
PRACTICE
Team practices that teach student-athletes the foundational concepts of offensive and defensive team play.
PLAY!
Play 4 on 4 half-court and 5 on 5 full-court competitive games.
